Counter-Notification Procedure

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order against you.
